EXCHANGES FOR WRONG PRODUCT ORDERED & OTHER REFUNDS:

Wrong fit or not your style? No worries. If you send back what you don’t want within 30 days of receipt, and include your order date, email address you ordered with, phone number, shipping address, and instructions on how we can make it right (different style, different size) we will cover the cost of shipping an exchange back to you. Valid for domestic orders only on products under 13 ounces. 

Please note that we can’t exchange or accept returned items that have been washed (trust us, you can tell), worn (besides the time you spent trying it on), smell weird (sweat, cologne, oils, etc), or have any visible stains, tears, or animal hair.

If you pass muster with the above conditions, send back your stuff to our printing and fulfillment center and we’ll take care of it for you:

 

SHIPMENT/DELIVERY ISSUES:

Please note that once an order is shipped correctly, our part has been completed.  However, as a courtesy to you, we will submit a request for refund with the carrier (the Post Office, etcetera) if the carrier can’t provide a notification of delivery to the shipping address you provided to us, and we will reship a replacement free of charge.

If we do receive a notification of delivery to the shipping address you provided to us, the transaction has been completed and we have no recourse with the carrier.
